Istanbul Subway – Division I – Section I
The main subway project for the city of Istanbul has been managed by Ceyhan Kalafat where 8.800 m of tunneling, 850.000 m3 excavation, 188.000 m3 concrete, 17.250 ton steel and 230.000 anchoring works have been done for a total amount 145 million USD.

DSI Adana ASO Irrigation
Two sections of LOWER SEYHAN PLAIN (ASO) IRRIGATION have been accomplished by the Site Manager Ceyhan Kalafat in year 1969. The scope of work was watering and improvement of a fertile field of 100.000 hectare with 500 km concrete ducts. 10.000.000 m3 excavation, 150.000 m3 concrete, 2.000 pieces concrete duct fittings (grill, bridging, flushing etc.) used for project.
Kilickaya Dam and Hydro-Elecrical Plants
Ceyhan Kalafat has accomplished as the Project Manager of this job the main station structures as well as the hydro-electrical power generator building.
Izmir Cigli Pump Station and Irrigation
This job of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration has been contracted by Yucelen Construction. Ceyhan Kalafat has completed this job as the Project Manager.
DSI Gölhisar Plain Irrigation
Ceyhan Kalafat as the Project Manager has accomplished this job of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works.
Dicle Dam and Hydro-Electrical Plants
Ceyhan Kalafat as the Project Manager has accomplished this job in the city of Diyarbakir. The job consist the mobilization of the dam site, transportation ways, tunnels and other civil works.
Iraq Watering Dept. Iskenderiye Field Improvement, Watering, Drainage and Roads
This job tendered by the Iraq Republic Ministry of Water Works consist the plain irrigation of Abu Ghraib (between the Dicle and Fırat rivers) of 14.500 hectare. The total amount of this work is 84 million USD. Ceyhan Kalafat has completed this work as the Project Manager of the contractor Kiska Construction Company.
DSI Mersin – Glindires Plain Irrigation
This was a project in the city of Mersin for the reason of irrigation of Glindires Plain. The job consist stone walls and concrete covering through the Toros Mountains. Ceyhan Kalafat was the Chief Site Engineer between 1964 and 1967.
DSI Ceyhan – Kesiksuyu Irrigation
The very valuable agricultural field of 14.000 hectare between Kadirli and Kozan countries of the city Adana has been planned to be watered and improved by this project of DSI in years 1967-1969.
