This newest residence project of ULUS YAPI, very centrally located in Istanbul (between Kavacik and Beykoz), consist of 16 special flats. The project is planned to be finished until October 2011.

Ilmarzigil Villas

This project developed, managed and constructed by ULUS YAPI consisting 8 units benefiting the beautiful view of Blacksea located in the city of Ordu is planned to be finished at Fall 2011.

Polonezköy Country Homes

A secret relaxing place in Polonezköy, called as “Adampol” by Polish founders of this nice and small village, full of nature and peace… 14 special villas have been constructed until 1999 and sold out in 2000.

Terrace Fulya Residences

ULUS YAPI has accomplished 56.000 m2 reinforced concrete works of this residence complex in the middle of Istanbul city.

In 1964 Ceyhan Kalafat as the Site Manager has completed this project where today the campus of GALATASARAY UNIVERSITY sits.

Istanbul Technical University Maçka Technical School

Ceyhan Kalafat as the Site Manager has completed this project in 1963 where he was also responsible for the static design of the buildings.
